Our mandate is to represent state, and private sector, tourism bureaus for promotion of travel
to and within the six regions. Our marketing is mostly focused on the Northeast USA and Canada.

Company founders, Manny Witt, director and Lisa Leiba, president have brought with them many years of tourism experience. Mr Witt, having worked with companies like Hilton Canada, Air Canada and is educated as a tour operator and travel agent saw a demand for this type of service.
Lisa Leiba, after completing a university degree specializing in tourism marketing, helped to
fulfil the demand for such a service and together they researched and founded this company.

Since1991, New England Tourism Center has operated in the St. Laurent region of Montreal
Quebec Canada. The company has seen a steady growth both in services offered and member participation, At present, the company employs 5 full time staff as well as some part time staff during our peak marketing seasons.

The company is an active member of Discover America Canada Committee, Travel Media Association of Canada, and ANTOR (Association of National Tourist Office Representitaives). Subscribes and advertises in various travel trade publications such as Canadian Travel Press,Travelweek Bulletin, Travel Courier,Tourisme Plus, Boston travel planner and other directories. In addition, we work with newspapers and radio to obtain the right target audience for our clients to help increase consumer awareness on New England. Also, we have done several live television and radio spots featuring our New England region.
